Warranty Policy

Limited Manufacturing Warranty

VÖRÐR Moto Parts provides a 6-month Limited Manufacturing Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper fitment
  • Customer modifications
  • Improper maintenance
  • Failure to inspect the product before or during use
  • Accidents or crashes
  • Racing or competition use
  • Off-road use beyond the product's intended purpose
  • Road debris or impacts
  • Normal wear and tear
  • UV exposure or weathering
  • Chemical exposure (fuel, brake fluid, solvents, cleaners)
  • Improper storage
  • Improper torque or use of incorrect fasteners
  • Installation together with incompatible components

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Description of the issue

Additional information may be requested before the claim is reviewed.

Products must not be repaired, modified, or altered before the warranty claim has been evaluated, unless required for safety.

Warranty Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, VÖRÐR Moto Parts may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a partial or full refund

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility with their motorcycle before placing an order.

Compatibility information is provided as a guide only.

Installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed correctly, inspected before use, and maintained throughout its service life.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.

It does not cover any costs related to:

  • Installation or removal
  • Labour charges
  • Shipping costs
  • Vehicle downtime
  • Damage to other motorcycle components
  • Personal injury
  • Any indirect or consequential damages, except where such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.
