Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VÖRÐR Moto Parts.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

Most VÖRÐR Moto Parts products are manufactured or 3D printed specifically after an order is placed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Ordering the wrong motorcycle model or year
  • Incorrect fitment caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Products that have been installed, used, modified, painted, or altered

Please verify your motorcycle model and compatibility before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Every claim is reviewed individually.

If a manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed, VÖRÐR Moto Parts may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Repair the product
  • Issue a partial or full refund

Incorrect Item

If we accidentally send the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Return Authorization

Products must not be returned without prior authorization.

If a return is approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after the refund has been processed.

Product Characteristics

Many of our products are manufactured using 3D printing or custom production methods.

Minor surface marks, layer lines, slight texture variations, or small cosmetic imperfections are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

European Union Customers

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, customers will receive all rights provided by applicable law.

Products manufactured specifically for a customer may not qualify for the standard withdrawal or cancellation rights where applicable law provides an exception for custom-made goods.
